How Long Will It Take?

There are a number of factors that dictate the length of the driving instructor course and qualification.

How fast you can learn
How much time can you devote to the course.
The availability of exam dates

Most of these factors can be overcome due to the structure of the driving instructor course, in other words the course is a part time course designed to work around your commitments such as work, home or children.

There are two basic time structures to the driving instructor course, you can either do a fast track system, or you can take as much time as you want, depending on your availability. We would draw your attention to the DSA requirements for you to pass Part Two and Part Three within two years.

Fast Track Course?

A five week driving instructor course consisting of three weeks training and two weeks break in between for revision and preparation for your teaching exam.

Our aim is to get you back into work within seven weeks of starting your fast track driving instructor course. Enrolment takes place a minimum of four weeks prior to your course to allow you time to study for your Theory and Hazard Perception exam. All exams to be taken with the DSA. Course fees include exam fees and accommodation, if required.

Your home location has no effect on our guaranteed job promise. We will set your driving school up in your local area, we then advertise in your local paper to source your pupils. Attending our Business Course is not necessary but highly recommended to help you understand the requirements of running your own business.

All paperwork for running your business will be supplied and sent to you such as business cards, pupil paperwork and flyers etc. You will feel part of our team with our monthly newsletter and regular meetings. Contact with Head Office is done via e-mail and phone and the use of computer diaries, so we know where to put your new pupils. Monthly contact is done by a one-to-one visit to ensure you have everything you need and to have that personal contact.

You have everything to gain and nothing to lose!
